In a recent interview with Mike Adams, an expert on Russian military and naval issues put forward his opinion that the United States and its highly supported Israel may have grossly overestimated their military “strength” as opposed to the Iran-backed Hamas.
For Andrei Martyanov, a graduate of the National Academy in Baku who served as an officer on the ships in a staff position of the Soviet Coast Guard through 1990, the United States, in its current state, cannot do strategy. “They love to use all those big words. But in reality, they’re utterly incompetent and illiterate,” he told Brighteon’s Mike Adams. “And when you look, especially in terms of how they miscalculated, it’s a combination of self-proclaimed experts, but most of them have zero background in real practical geopolitics.”
Martyanov pointed out how modern military education could not just be obtained in any Ivy League school. “I mean, it’s just that if you have a degree in political science, especially from an American university, you will be primarily in the darkness and this delusion of American exceptionalism,” he said, adding that NATO, which is basically the U.S., fails in not only strategic but also operational planning “because they have no skills and knowledge in terms of multi-domain war. They believe in Hollywood,” he cited Tom Cruise’s movie “Top Gun” and said that it is the scariest part as American militaries, so-called professionals and generals, “they have no clue what they’re doing,” he said.
Adams agreed, adding that the American government appears to be living in 1992. He cited the recent speech by President Joe Biden, where he just recycled all the tropes of the Gulf War, that America is the indispensable nation that whatever America wants to do with its military might, must be dominant in the world, that all of America’s enemies are incompetent and have no training, and no arms whatsoever, he said. “Here we are 30 years later, and everything has flipped. And I want you to know that those of us who were born as Americans, many of us realize that what you are saying about American leadership is correct. They are illiterate, and I know you don’t use that term in a flippant, insulting kind of way. It’s a description. They don’t know history. They certainly don’t know Eastern Europe, or Russia, or even the history of the Soviet Union, nor the history of America,” Adams further said and added that they still think they’re stuck in 1992. He then proceeded to ask the military expert, “What will be the result of this big miscalculation on the part of the West and the U.S. State Department in particular?”
Martyanov claimed he hated to give forecasts but he has a book that came out in 2021, which was titled “Disintegration: Indicators of the Coming American Collapse.” He discussed here the possibility of the United States disintegrating as a nation rather than, per se, as a people, “because obviously, we already have regionalization in the United States alone.” He said that there have already been regional lines, around the overly liberal coastal cities on North Eastern seaboard, the western as well as the heartland, “which is incompatible in their outlook on life.” He mentioned California is not America anymore. “I don’t think we know how to judge California and how to assess it,” he also said.
The West’s arrogance compounded by their incompetence caused the miscalculations of the technical capabilities of the Russian military. Now it is happening again in the Hamas-Israel conflict. Martyanov is pessimistic that the United States can dominate the Gaza Strip, especially since Iran is strongly backing up Hamas. “Iran is one of the only five entities in the world which produces all naturally long-range air defense complexes. They’re above our air defense complex, an enormously sophisticated air defense system,” the military technology expert said. “Israel isn’t on the hard lesson during 1973 when they lost within a couple of weeks 130 combat aircraft from the Russian-supplied air defense complexes. They did well on the ground, but in the air, it was tough going.” (Related: Hamas thanks Iran for providing “weapons, money and other equipment” to attack Israel.)
Adams tackled the Russian company Zala Aero Group-produced Lancet-3, a smart multipurpose weapon that can be used for reconnaissance, surveillance and strike missions. It is a game changer in the theater of war, he said. “The Lancet-3 has taken out some Leopard 2 tanks, but even when not doing that, they’re taking out guns, artillery units and so on. The U.S. military seems to be lagging in terms of drone development technology. As an American taxpayer, I’m wondering, we’re funding our military with almost a trillion dollars a year. And our weapons are still stuck in 1995,” the Natural News founder said.
Meanwhile, reports said that the Iranian regular army’s ground forces have unveiled an upgraded multi-rotor smart bomber drone capable of flying up to one kilometer in altitude. The new model can accurately target fixed objectives, observation towers, armored and anti-armor equipment, military bases, as well as enemy control and command centers.
“One notable feature of this system is its silent engines, rendering it undetectable by enemy radar systems. Furthermore, the upgraded bomber drone is equipped with anti-jamming capabilities and is guided by a GPS along with a ground station. It also possesses the ability to return to its original path autonomously in the event of control loss,” Caspian News reported.
