In a unanimous vote, the far-left city council of Phoenix, Ariz., has approved a plan to send hundreds of firearms, estimated to be worth around $200,000, to Ukraine – even as these same far-leftists want to remove guns from the hands of actual Americans by stripping the Second Amendment of all its constitutional power.
The eight-member council is led by radical leftist Mayor Katie Gallego, who, along with the rest, approved nearly 150 different agenda items, many of them questionable, that same day all in one fell swoop.
Where these hundreds of firearms to be sent to Ukraine are coming from is a pile of lost or forfeited guns that the state government collected via a court order. These same weapons are held for 30 days before being given away or handed over to Ukraine, apparently.
The resolution, dubbed ARS 12-945, stipulates that whenever a firearm in Phoenix remains unclaimed, “the agency shall sell the firearm to any business that is authorized to receive and dispose of the firearm under federal and state law and that shall sell the firearm to the public according to federal and state law.”
Pay close attention to the words shall sell in the aforementioned statement as they reveal that the Phoenix City Council plans to sell other people’s unclaimed guns to the state for profit. Those guns are to then be shipped over to Volodymyr Zelensky to fight his globalist-led war against Russia.
(Related: In case you missed it, Kari Lake’s legal challenge of the stolen 2022 governor’s election in Arizona was tossed last month, meaning the steal is complete.)
The plan further states that Phoenix will “transfer” the sold guns to Ukraine through a private company. The legal implications of this remain unclear, meaning it is unknown as of this writing whether donating firearms to a foreign country is even legal in the first place.
As you might expect, the corporate media has remained completely silent on the matter, failing to even report that the plan was passed. This is probably due to the fact that voters would be outraged to know that firearms from their local communities are being shipped off to Ukraine.
You can see an image of the plan, dubbed Agenda #137, below:

Have you seen the City of Phoenix Agenda #137, dated 6/28/2023?
The city authorized D T Gruelle to transfer unclaimed weapons, from the City of Phoenix, to Ukraine. This was done quietly, and only was reported on by a local news channel. pic.twitter.com/bK9DTSUZ4K

Local Phoenix news affiliate KJZZ did mention the news in a passing article, revealing that Phoenix leaders had “unanimously approved a plan to send firearms to police in Ukraine.”
“It’s the first time the City Council has approved donating unclaimed firearms outside the U.S.,” the same report states.
Arizona law actually requires that cities throughout the state sell forfeited firearms, including handguns, rifles, and shotguns turned into police after a court order, so this is not necessarily a novel concept. What is novel is the fact that the Phoenix City Council has approved selling them to a private third party to ship off to Ukraine.
A spokesperson from Phoenix said the National Police of Ukraine previously received a shipment of unclaimed firearms from the Miami Police Department in Florida.
A follow-up report from the Phoenix City Council states that “Only 9mm, 45mm, 39mm and 12 gauge firearms will be sent” to Ukraine as part of the resolution.
